Cindy Powell is the President and Executive Director of The Arising Global, which includes serving as the Site Director for Upstairs Arts, and as Editor for Voices of Justice Magazine. In addition to leading prayer ministries and prayer teams, both locally and globally for over 20 years, Cindy spent over 15 years in leadership roles with several large nonprofits. Aeron Brown is the Creative Director for The Arising Global and the Resident Artist at Upstairs Arts. Aeron is an artist and musician, who was born and raised in Southern California, where he still resides. At the passing of his father at a young age, Aeron submersed himself in his father’s sketches, lyrics and creativity. Aeron wanted to connect with his father in the ways he knew how, through art and music. Aeron employs mixed media, acrylics, collages, canvas, wood, and one-of-a-kind collaged vintage collections of newspapers from the 1920’s-1960’s, scraps of book pages, book covers, sheet music, poetry, handmade custom frames, and canvases and other medium to express his unique form of art. Dave Robson serves as the Board Secretary for The Arising Global and provides Pastoral oversight. Raised on a farm in Billings, MO, Dave received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana University and a Master of Divinity from The International School of Theology. After serving as the Founder and Lead Pastor of Highland Hills Church for sixteen years, Dave is currently a professional certified coach.
